Applicant Status Definitions

Interested: Primary stage for any applicant that applies to a project.


Contact Made: Account has successfully connected with an applicant either via email or phone call. Pending further review from a hiring manager, project manager or key stakeholder.

Qualified: Typically after a phone or in-person interview, an applicant has successfully met all qualifications and necessary requirements and is ready to begin an account’s onboarding process. 


Onboarding: Actively gathering all paperwork, documents and necessary information to ensure an applicant can be hired.


Hired: An account has successfully gathered all information and has permitted an applicant to be assigned work or a project.


Declined: An applicant who is no longer considered for onboarding or to be hired according to an account’s qualifications or standards.
